This is the 2nd part of my series on dying, carding and spinning a multi colored roving. The spinning is actually incidental but this video shows how to card the alpaca (or wool etc) that I dyed in video 1A into a batt that can be pulled from the drum carder into a continuous rainbow roving. While I plan to spin this and knit an Elizabeth Zimmerman Baby Surprise Sweater/Jacket - this type of roving can be used for many things. I measured and gauged things rather "formally" for a very informal blonde. You do not have to be this measured - I simply wanted to show one way, now it's up to you to "invent" and color outside the lines for yourself. I'm now off to spin so I can work on the final video in the Coloring outside the lines seried - 1C - spinning.

Step Up 2 movie's gooofs; courtesy of the Internet Movie Database (IMDb). Okay. So let's make things clear. #1 I'm not a Step Up hater... I'm a fan. Don't comment anything negative about the movie, please. #2 When you comment, please watch your words... Don't include something like "gay, fag, suck, damn, dumb," or any bad words... please and thank you. #3 Read, understand, and analyze these first before watching: Continuity: Right before Sophie kisses Moose, his hat is backwards. When she kisses him it is forward, then after the kiss it is backwards again. Continuity: After Andy gets kicked out of 410 and is talking to Chase, she takes her hat off and puts it on the table to the left. The shot turns to Chase and back and the hat is on the right, then in the next shot you can still see the table but it is no longer on the right. Once the shot goes back to the table, it is on the left again. Continuity: After the big dance in the rain, and after Andie talks to Blake, Chase walks up to Andie and is now completely dry. Continuity: After Chase gets beaten up and is talking to Andie, the scar from the fight is present, but when he is talking with Andie after she gets expelled, his scar is not there. There is not sufficient time for it to heal. The scar reappears when he talks to Blake.
